Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from My reports. Premium runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds for part of a period.
What happens to my report if I cancel?
It stays, with all your history. The summary and plan already written stay too; they just stop being refreshed.
What is the Founders offer?
The first 100 Premium customers pay half price for as long as they stay subscribed, on either plan. The discount is applied at checkout automatically.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our server. Prices are in US dollars, and GST is added for customers in Australia.
